At La Par Lifestyle, we strive to provide our partners with high-quality nail products that meet their needs and expectations. If a return or exchange is needed, the following policy outlines the terms and conditions for processing returns and exchanges for wholesale orders.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit (subject to product availability).
- Incorrect Products: If you receive incorrect products (items that do not match your order), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to correct the error promptly.
- Unopened and Unused Products: Returns of unopened and unused products may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of receipt. Such returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product value.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom or special-order products
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Items not in their original packaging or condition
3. Return & Exchange Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please email our wholesale support team at laparwholesale@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the product and issue (including photos for damaged or defective items)

Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective products). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and verified delivery.

Inspection & Approval: Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange or issue a credit to your wholesale account within 10 business days.
4. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 20% will apply to returns of unopened and unused products that are accepted at our discretion.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the credit issued to your wholesale account.
5. Credit & Replacements
- Credits: Approved returns will result in a credit applied to your wholesale account. This credit can be used for future orders and is non-refundable.
- Replacements: If a replacement product is requested and approved, it will be shipped out at no additional cost for defective or incorrect items.

7. Additional Terms
- La Par Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
- This policy applies exclusively to wholesale orders. Retail customers should refer to our separate retail return policy.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure secure packaging and delivery.
